Jennifer Thornberg

Jennifer Thornberg currently serves as the Client Engagement Lead at Vikar since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several positions at AXIS (AXIS Capital) from November 2021 to June 2025, progressing from Senior Business Continuity Analyst to Business Continuity Analyst, where responsibilities included developing impact analyses and continuity strategies, managing documentation and project planning, and enhancing cyber resilience solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as Product Owner at Updater and Bridgevine, Inc., where Jennifer led Agile processes and optimized product offerings, alongside significant contributions to the implementation and management of external APIs. Jennifer began career in database coordination and administrative support roles at Bluegreen Communities, developing expertise in database management and reporting. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication, Jennifer combines technical proficiency with strong communication skills.
