Scott Carpenter

Scott Carpenter has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing within the IT sector, particularly in the e-commerce domain. From April 2002 to the present, Scott has held various senior roles at Viking Europe, including Head of QA & Test and European Portfolio Test Manager. Responsibilities have encompassed managing large teams, overseeing the integration of multiple complex systems, and leading significant upgrades to e-commerce and warehouse management systems across Europe. Key projects include the implementation of Hybris, integration of Oracle systems, and several major warehouse upgrades. Prior to Viking Europe, Scott worked as a Business Analyst at Jungle.com and Bass Brewers, focusing on systems implementation and business requirements. Scott holds a BSc Hons. in Computer Systems for Business from De Montfort University.
