Matilda Linde-Monsore is an experienced product leader in the footwear industry, currently serving as Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Viking Footwear since August 2015. In this role, Matilda oversees the complete footwear assortment and product development process, focusing on strategic brand growth and profitability while ensuring a sustainable long-term balance. Previous positions include Product Category Manager and Product & Design Manager at Viking Footwear, where responsibilities included managing product segments for both kids and adults and conducting market analysis to inform product development. Prior experience includes roles at Helly Hansen, where Matilda created workwear and lifestyle footwear collections, and at ECCO Shoes as a Design Assistant and Material Coordinator. Matilda also freelanced as a Product Designer for BabyBjörn AB. Matilda holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Innovations and New Applications in Footwear Design from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's in Textile Design from the University of Borås.
