Ulrik Schultz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the footwear and retail industries. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Viking Footwear since October 2022, Ulrik leads global brand, marketing, and sustainability efforts. Prior to this role, Ulrik co-founded and served as CEO of Pyk Copenhagen, an e-commerce startup focused on high-quality children's footwear. Leadership roles included CEO and Brand Director at Bundgaard Shoes, where significant brand repositioning and market expansion were achieved, as well as CEO positions at Bonvita Footwear Company and Nordic Footwear Company, focusing on commercial growth and brand management. Additional experience encompasses board memberships and teaching positions, complemented by an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School.
