Beth Tackett, SPHR, SHRM SCP has over two decades of experience in the field of human resources. Beth began their career in 1994 as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at KI, where they were responsible for coordinating pre-employment training, conducting screenings and interviews, and managing worker's compensation programs. In 1997, they joined Viking Range Corporation as the Vice President of Human Resources.
