Naga Jayanth Avadhani

Naga Jayanth Avadhani is currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Maintenance at Vikram Solar since August 2023, previously holding the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee. Responsibilities include understanding the manufacturing process of Solar PV modules and coordinating with the maintenance team on breakdown analysis, root cause analysis, spare part management, and daily activities. In June 2022, Naga completed a summer internship at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., focusing on electrical power generation and distribution on the ship INS Sandhayak. Naga holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, completed in July 2023, and a high school diploma from Narayana Junior College, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
