Shailesh Pandey

Shailesh Pandey is an experienced engineer specializing in performance analysis and operations & maintenance (O&M) in the solar industry. At Vikram Solar since August 2017, Shailesh has focused on the remote monitoring of solar sites, analyzing plant performance, and reporting metrics such as Performance Ratio (PR), Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), yield, and plant availability, demonstrating proficiency in industrial communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP. Previous roles include O&M Engineer at APGENCO's 200 MW site and NTPC's 130 MW Bhadla Solar Park, where responsibilities included performance analysis and management information system (MIS) reporting. Before this, Shailesh served as a Senior MIS Executive at Apcl, managing periodic reporting and data availability for clients. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, obtained from 2007 to 2011.
