Prakash Nair

Dr. Prakash Nair is a specialist in Organization Behavior and HRM domains. He earned his PhD degree in the Human Resource Development discipline from the College of Education and Human Development, Texas A&M University. Dr. Nair has over twenty five years of work experience that includes leadership roles in business, and teaching in the academia. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM, USA since 2010. Previously he worked with INFOSYS Leadership Institute in the role of an Associate Vice President & Senior Group Leader, following which he founded AXON CONSULTING, an independent research-based practice firm. AXON CONSULTING provides Leadership Training and Coaching, and OD Consulting.
