Saskia Seeling

Saskia Seeling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in office management, meditation coaching, and wellness. Currently serving as Office Management at vilisto GmbH since February 2023, Saskia also operated as a Meditation Coach for Women Leaders from May 2022 to June 2023, focusing on guiding aspiring and established women leaders in both individual and corporate settings. The founder of The Year Of You, an online membership aimed at helping women overcome overwhelm and self-doubt, and previously a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Coach & Mentor in New Zealand, Saskia has consistently supported women's self-development through various practices.
