Anto Mathew

Anto Mathew has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as a Human Resources Director at Villa Charities Inc. starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Mayfair Clubs from November 2019 to December 2021. Anto also served as an HR Specialist at UPS from April 2017 to November 2019. Before that, they were a Specialist- HR at SOAR Consultants Inc. from July 2014 to April 2017. Anto's earlier experience includes roles such as a Consultant- HR & Recruitment at HUNTEX from December 2013 to July 2014, a Human Resources Manager at Spadamco Holding/ Applied Corrosion Technology from May 2007 to June 2013, and an HR & Administration Manager at Al Bucheeri Industrial Services Group from July 2003 to September 2006. Anto began their career as a Management Trainee at Sapana Polyweave Pvt. Limited, Aurangabad from July 2001 to June 2002.

Anto Mathew holds a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree from York University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Anto also completed a Bridging Program for IEP in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at York University from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their education, they earned an MBA in Management from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University during the period of 1999 to 2001. Anto Mathew's undergraduate degree is a BBA in Business Administration and Management, General, which they received from Marian College, Kuttikanam from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from HRPA, the QMS Provisional Auditor/External Auditor certification from the International Register of Certificated Auditors, and completed training programs such as the Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program from HRPA and the Tracking, Measuring, and Reporting Your DEI Efforts course from LinkedIn.
