Sharon Reynolds

As the administrator of The Villa Senior Care Community, it is Sharon’s responsibility to welcome both residents and employees to our campus. She has 26 years of long-term care experience, which has helped her to understand what families and employees want in a leader. She feels it is her responsibility to lead by example. She comes from a small farming community where you go out of your way to help your neighbor, and she hopes she brings those same beliefs to The Villas. One of Sharon’s favorite things about work is decorating the campus for the holidays.
