Nicholas Kelly is an experienced professional in counseling and management, currently serving as a Residential Addiction Counselor at Villa of Hope since February 2018, where responsibilities include creating a nurturing environment for youth and supervising daily activities to support their development. Prior to this role, Nicholas was a Team Manager at Sutherland, transforming a low-performing team into a top performer within two months, and also held positions including Candidate Experience Strategist and Consultant. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Manager for The Bowery Mission & Kids With A Promise, overseeing operations for programs supporting homeless individuals. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Capella University, a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and has completed associate studies in Ministry.
