Paul Salerno has over a decade of culinary experience, currently serving as Sous Chef at Villa St. Benedict since November 2021. Prior to this role, Salerno held Sous Chef positions at Wyndemere Senior Living from May 2019 to November 2021, Cantigny Golf from September 2013 to May 2019, and Seasons 52 Restaurant from April 2010 to September 2013. Salerno also garnered experience as a Sous Chef at McCormick & Schmick's from September 2008 to April 2010. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the College of DuPage, completed between 1996 and 1999.
