Sarah Channel

Sarah Channel is the Borrower Communication Manager at Village Capital & Investment. Sarah has also worked as an Assistant F&B Manager at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. In this role, Sarah was responsible for ensuring proper scheduling of service team members in accordance with forecasted occupancy. Sarah also handled team member complaints and guest complaints, while also assisting with monitoring supply requisitions to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum without losing quality and usage of materials. Sarah is highly skilled in customer service and resolving complaints, and is an excellent communicator. Sarah is also familiar with accounting practices and has experience working with the Accounting Department to ensure that accurate records and cash receipts are maintained and sent to Revenue Control Department.

Sarah Channel attended Coronado High where they received their diploma in General Studies. Sarah then went on to the College of Southern Nevada and earned their Associate's Degree in Computer Science.
