Kavon Badie

As a Senior Investment Analyst at Village Capital, Kavon works on identifying talented and overlooked entrepreneurs and empowering their companies to become ready for potential investment.

He’s particularly passionate about understanding business models and financial models of impact-driven companies that leverage data and technology.

Kavon joined after founding MZZ Ventures, a multi-chapter organization that mobilizes undergraduate students to bridge the human capital gap for startups in developing countries. Students work on pro-bono funding research, marketing, web development, and accounting projects on a semesterly basis. Prior to that, he was a Summer Analyst at Greenspring Associates where he worked on financial modeling and investment memos for direct, fund, and secondary investments.
