Shannon Bozeman

Shannon Bozeman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Regional Director at The Village Network since July 2013, Shannon oversees the Dayton Region, focusing on regional expansion, program development, budget management, contract negotiation, and personnel development. Prior experience includes the role of Store Manager at Family Video, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations, financial planning, training, and customer service oversight. Additionally, Shannon worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Cimetric Commerce, where significant achievements included the establishment of a customer contact center and a high customer approval rating. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Behavioral Sciences and a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ashford University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ohio Dominican University.
