Tammy Wargo is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in leadership, organizational development, and career coaching. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at The Village Network since September 2019, Tammy previously worked as a Senior HR Management Business Partner at Merritt and held various key roles at ReliabilityFirst Corporation, including Senior Director of Organizational Development and HR. In addition to corporate roles, Tammy is self-employed as a corporate coach, specializing in leadership and career development.
