Matthew S. Dabrowski currently serves as the Deputy Director of Community Development and previously held the position of Zoning and Economic Development Planner at the Village of Glendale Heights since April 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at the Village of Lakemoor from May 2011 to February 2022, such as Interim Village Administrator, Interim Public Works Director, Director of Community and Economic Development, and Village Trustee. Additional experience includes working as a Development Planner for the Village of Arlington Heights from March 1999 to August 2013, serving as a District Trustee for Northern Moraine WRD from 2007 to 2011, and holding the position of Planner II at the Village of Bolingbrook from May 1996 to February 1999. Matthew S. Dabrowski holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago (2005-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University (1989-1993).
