Matt Brolley

Matt Brolley, PE has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Division Director of Land Planning and Entitlements at PulteGroup. In this role, they are responsible for managing new land projects and overseeing project due diligence, feasibility, scheduling, and entitlement approvals.

Prior to that, they served as the Chairperson of the Kane County Stormwater Management Planning Committee at Kane County, Illinois. Additionally, they were a Board Member at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and the Past President of Metro West Council of Government.

Matt also has experience in the public sector, having served as the Village President and Village Trustee at the Village of Montgomery, IL.

Furthermore, they served as an Appointed Commissioner at the Illinois Fox River Flood Commission and worked as a Project Engineer at V3 Companies.

Matt Brolley, PE attended North Central College from 2000 to 2003, where they received a B.A. degree in Physics with a minor in Math. Matt then attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, they completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to college, Matt Brolley attended Oswego High School from 1996 to 2000.
