Heather Nelson is currently the Talent & Compensation Manager at the Village of Schaumburg since January 2008. Prior to that, Heather worked as a Human Resource Generalist at the Village of Hanover Park from March 1999 to December 2007. Heather earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Illinois University in 1999. Heather also attended Elgin Community College from 1996 to 1997.
