Kendall Barnes is currently a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, involved in projects related to mesenchymal-epithelial transition in endometrial epithelial regeneration, periostin’s role in uterine fibroid formation, and the involvement of the biomarker SUSD2 in high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Since May 2022, Kendall has also served as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant at Village Shalom, contributing to quality resident care and maintaining a sanitary environment. Previous experience includes a Summer Internship at SOAR Special Needs, assisting in a prominent special needs summer camp, and working as a Veterinary Assistant at Aubry Animal Clinic. Kendall graduated from Blue Valley North High School in 2021 and holds a Certified Nursing Assistant credential from the Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
