Kimberly Shelton

Kimberly Shelton currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Experience & Engagement at Village Super Market since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Director of the NY Division at Fairway Market from May 2020 to September 2022. Kimberly has extensive experience with Village Super Market, Inc., serving as the Director for the NY Division at Fairway & Gourmet Garage and as Director of Fresh Bake between February 2019 and September 2022. An accomplished professional, Kimberly held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Cadence Kitchen from July 2014 to January 2019, and also contributed to Envolve Food in Product & Customer Experience from April 2012 to January 2019. Kimberly's early career includes significant roles in program and product development at Crestone Group Baking Companies, as well as various managerial positions at Starbucks Coffee Company between 1995 and 2009, where Kimberly excelled as a district manager and store manager.
