Martin Lelievre

Martin Lelievre has extensive work experience in various roles within the amusement park industry. Martin currently works at Groupe Calypso Valcartier as the Director of revenues, overseeing the Front Gate/Guest Relations, Food Services, Retail, and Building Housekeeping. Prior to this, they worked at Six Flags for several years, holding positions such as Director of Operations and Director of In-Park Services. Their responsibilities included managing rides, park service, guest service, admission, security, parking, and various internal services such as culinary service, catering, lease, retail, games, paid attractions, and rentals. Before joining Six Flags, they also gained experience at les Sommets in the park service department. Throughout their career, Martin Lelievre has demonstrated their expertise in operational management, customer service, and team leadership within the amusement park industry.

Martin Lelievre's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Cegep St-Jérôme, where they pursued a diploma in Communication with a focus on cinema. Martin completed this program in 2005 and subsequently enrolled at the Université de Montréal to obtain a Certificate in Cinematographic Studies, which they completed in 2006. In the same year, Martin pursued a Video Editing program at College Interdec and obtained a Diploma in 2007.

In 2020, Martin Lelievre pursued a certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, completing the program within that year. Martin followed this with a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, which they obtained in 2021.

Martin Lelievre has also obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Food Establishment Manager from the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ). Additionally, they obtained a Certified Operations Technician Level I certification from AIMS International in January 2023.
