Allyson Kauppi

Allyson Kauppi is a seasoned talent operations professional with extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Since February 2020, Allyson has been with VillageMD, progressing through roles from Human Resources Coordinator to Manager of Talent Operations, managing HR functions for multiple medical practices and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Summit Health Management, where responsibilities also transitioned to VillageMD, and roles in recruitment at Medix™ and Honor Medical Staffing focused on sourcing talent for clinical positions. Earlier work at Central Michigan University involved fundraising and managing student employees, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Community Health from the same institution.
