Iswarya Srinivasan DNP, RN possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing. Currently serving as the Director of Utilization Management for Delegated Services at VillageMD since 2022, Iswarya previously held roles at GEHA Health as Manager of Utilization Management and at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City as both Transformation Office Program Manager for Population Health and Manager of Utilization Management. Additional experience includes working as an RN and Lactation Consultant at Saint Luke's Health System and as Pediatric Nurse Manager and Lactation Consultant at Weissbluth Pediatrics. Iswarya's educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Texas Tech University.
