Skip Pike

Skip Pike is the current Assistant General Manager & Assistant Safety Director at VILLAGER CONSTRUCTION, INC. Skip has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on asphalt.

Skip began their career in 1996 as a Superintendent at The Lane Construction Corporation. In 2012, they left to join Virginia Paving Company as their Asphalt Superintendent. After only six months, they moved on to C.R. Jackson, Inc. as an Asphalt Foreman / Project Manager.

In 2013, Skip started working for Palmetto Sitework Services as their Asphalt Division Manager, a position they held for two years before joining VILLAGER CONSTRUCTION in 2020.

Skip Pike has an Associate of Arts from Williamsburg Technical College.

Their manager is Timothy Lawless, President. They work with Ken Rice - General Manager, Adam Kohn - Chief Estimator, and Casey Smith - Paving Operations Manager.
