Kyle Ali

Kyle Ali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, diversity initiatives, and leadership development. At Google, Kyle serves as the Lead Sr. Program Manager for Code Next, focusing on expanding access to technology and education for high school students from historically marginalized communities. Previous roles at Google include leading efforts in the Computer Science Summer Institute and BOLD Intern Recruiting, fostering diverse pipelines for future computer science professionals. Additionally, Kyle is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University, teaching “Diversity in a Global Economy,” and serves as Program Lead at Wind + Sail Leadership Partners. With a foundational career in education and training at Teach For America, including the role of Managing Director for Pre-Service Training, Kyle emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion across initiatives.
