Lauren McConatha

Lauren McConatha, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Villanova Initiative to Support Inclusiveness and Build Leaders (VISIBLE) at Villanova University since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren was a doctoral student in the Educational Leadership program at Drexel University, specializing in Human Resource Development, from September 2019 to December 2024. Lauren's extensive experience includes various leadership positions at Study Group, from Head of Academic Professional Development to Vice President of Academic Affairs, and academic roles at the University of Pennsylvania and New York Cares. Lauren holds a Doctor of Education degree from Drexel University, a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the same institution.
