Kathy Long

Kathy Long is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and management. Currently serving as Controller at Villara Building Systems since May 2013, Kathy oversees financial reporting and operations for a major HVAC and construction firm employing over 800 personnel. Previous roles include Controller at Rise Medical Staffing, managing financial operations for travel nursing services, and Controller at Signature Homes, where Kathy contributed to homebuilding projects in California. Kathy's career began at Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the nation, where extensive experience was gained over 17 years, advancing from staff accountant to Division Controller. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and previously attended California State University-Sacramento.
