Artur Menegon da Cruz

Artur Menegon da Cruz serves as the Head of Legal, Compliance, Institutional and Government Relations at Villares Metals since April 2014, overseeing all legal and compliance matters across Latin America and acting as Secretary to the Board of Officers and Directors. Prior to this role, Artur was a Senior Legal, Institutional Relations and Compliance Manager at Grupo DPaschoal from July 2006 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs with a focus on corporate, consumer, and labor law, as well as real estate issues. Earlier experience includes positions at Kimberly-Clark and Reckitt Benckiser, where Artur honed expertise in intellectual property, regulatory affairs, and litigation. Artur's educational background includes a law degree from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and various specializations in Labor Law, Business Law, and Tax Law from renowned institutions.
