Raphael Valladares

Raphael Valladares is an IT Security Manager at Villares Metals since April 2019, with a prior role as Telecommunications Coordinator and Telecom Specialist at voestalpine from August 2007 to November 2021. In these positions, Raphael has overseen contracts with third parties, managed SLAs and KPIs, and developed projects deploying new technologies to align with business needs. Raphael holds an MBA in Project Management from Ibmec, a specialization in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Raphael is also certified in ITIL and serves as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
