Sheyla Charbel

Sheyla Charbel has significant experience in the field of permits and inspections, currently serving as Chef de division permis, inspections et requêtes at Ville de Blainville since November 2012. Sheyla has also held the roles of Chef de division permis, inspections et requêtes par intérim, Coordonnatrice permis et inspections, and Inspectrice en bâtiments et environnement within the same organization. Prior to this, Sheyla worked at Ville de Saint-Jérôme from August 2008 to November 2012, where roles included Technicienne aux permis et inspections and Préposée à l'information et aux demandes de permis. Sheyla holds a DEC in Technologie de l'architecture from Collège Montmorency, completed in 2008.
