Catherine Fournier

Catherine Fournier currently serves as Mairesse for Ville de Longueuil since November 2021 and as a Chroniqueuse for URBANIA MEDIA since February 2020. Previously, Catherine was Députée de Marie-Victorin at the Assemblée nationale du Québec from December 2016 to November 2021 and held the position of Responsable développement stratégique at Agence Anthracite in 2016. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Blogueuse for Le Huffington Post from April 2013 to June 2016 and as Attachée politique au Cabinet du chef de l'opposition officielle at the Assemblée nationale du Québec from November 2015 to April 2016. Catherine also worked as a Chroniqueuse politique at 103,3 FM - La radio allumée in 2014 and served as a Tutrice at Cegep du Vieux-Montreal from 2010 to 2012. Educational achievements include a B.Sc. in economic sciences with a minor in political science from Université de Montréal (2012-2014), a DEC in social sciences with an international questions profile from Cegep du Vieux Montreal (2009-2012), and a baccalaureate international degree from École d'éducation internationale, McMasterville (2004-2009).
