Sylvain Joly

Sylvain Joly currently serves as the Municipal Councillor for the Greenfield Park district and is a member of the Executive Committee for Ville de Longueuil since November 2021. Joly has an extensive career at the Société de transport de Montréal, where involvement as Corporate Secretary and Director of Legal Affairs has been ongoing since October 1988. Previous roles include serving as an attorney for Ville de Longueuil from November 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities included participating in the Public Security Commission and overseeing the Greenfield Park borough. Joly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
