Mounia Elammari

Mounia Elammari is a seasoned architect and project manager with extensive experience in urban development and construction. Currently serving as Ingénieur chargée d'opération at Communaute d'Agglomeration Saumur Val De Loire since September 2021, Mounia previously held significant roles including Architecte Chargé d'opération at Ville de Puteaux, where projects included the design and execution of the Gaston Garino workshop and the Campanile of the old church of Puteaux. Mounia also served as Architecte Chef de Projet at Agence THUAL ET AGATHON, overseeing the development of social housing in Vélizy Villacoublay, and contributed to major healthcare projects such as the Abu Dhabi Hospital Centre and the Amiens University Hospital during tenure at Agence AART Farah Architectes associés. Mounia's foundational experience also includes project leadership at ADG Architecture, transforming an old water factory into an architecture office. Mounia holds a DPLG degree from Ecole d'Architecture Paris-Tolbiac UP7.
