Mounia Elammari is a seasoned architect and project manager with extensive experience in urban development and construction. Currently serving as Ingénieur chargée d'opération at Communaute d'Agglomeration Saumur Val De Loire since September 2021, Mounia previously held significant roles including Architecte Chargé d'opération at Ville de Puteaux, where projects included the design and execution of the Gaston Garino workshop and the Campanile of the old church of Puteaux.
