Lionel Messas

Lionel Messas is a seasoned professional in infrastructure project management, currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at Ville de Romans-sur-Isère since June 2017. Key responsibilities include overseeing the River Savasse project, managing local water services, supervising DSP contracts, and leading infrastructure services. Previously, Lionel Messas worked as a Water and Sanitation Expert at HYDROCONSEIL from June 2008 to June 2017 and held the position of Infrastructure Engineer at Egis from January 2006 to May 2008.
