Thomas Rousseau-Beaumier is a skilled professional in geomatics and environmental sciences with extensive experience in municipal systems and environmental consultancy. Currently serving as the Coordonnateur - DBA - Géomatique at Ville de Trois-Rivières since March 2012, Thomas has integrated geomatics into municipal data management and planning. Previous roles include Specialist in geomatics, environmental consultant, research assistant at UQTR focusing on water quality and hydrological modeling, and project manager in environmental geomatics at the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA).
