Cécilia Barbry

Cécilia Barbry is an experienced Programme Manager for Family Policy at the Ville de Versailles since April 2021, focusing on policy design, implementation, and evaluation related to family issues, including early years and parenthood. Previously, Cécilia worked as a Project Manager for Parenthood Policy, where an evaluation of local policies was conducted to assess community needs. Cécilia has also contributed as a Public Policy Consultant at asdo études, specializing in social integration and family policy, as well as a Policy and Research Assistant at the House of Commons Library, where extensive policy research was conducted. Additional roles include Strategy Policy Assistant at Colombes Town Council and involvement with the Oficina Jurídica para la Mujer in Bolivia, focusing on women's rights and gender issues. Cécilia holds an MSc in Public Policy and Administration and a BSc in Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
