Annika Palzer

Annika Palzer is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Global Manufacturing Investments at Villeroy & Boch since June 2021, where responsibilities include planning and coordinating investment projects for the Bath & Wellness division. Previous roles include Technical Coordinator at Hilti Group focusing on value stream optimization, project work at TLT-Turbo GmbH analyzing life cycle costs of industrial fans, and R&D project work at Michelin Reifenwerke AG adapting tyre production lines. Annika has also contributed to Daimler AG through various internships and vacation jobs involving logistics and project management.
