Markus Warncke

Dr Markus Warncke began his career in 1996 at Daimler-Benz AG, Stuttgart, initially as audit manager and subsequently as team leader in the Corporate Audit department.

Dr Warncke has been with Villeroy & Boch AG since 2001. He was the Head of Corporate Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions until 2005, before taking over as Head of Finance and Administration in the Wellness & Fittings Division in Utrecht (Netherlands) until 2007. Following positions as Head of Group Treasury (until 2011) and Group Financial Controller with responsibility for Group Accounting, Group Treasury and the Shared Service Centre Accounting, Dr Warncke became Head of Finance in spring 2014. He was appointed to the Management Board of Villeroy & Boch AG in January 2015, where he is responsible for Finance.
