Kalyani Krishna

Kalyani Krishna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender inclusion and social impact. Currently serving as the Manager of Gender Inclusion at Villgro from January 2022 to June 2024, Kalyani significantly increased asset ownership among rural women and directed strategies for various social enterprises. Previously, Kalyani held roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst in Diversity & Inclusion at Generation, focusing on content development for blue-collar vocational programs. Additional positions include Associate at Startup TN, Incubation Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and contributions as a Fellow at Teach For India. Kalyani began a career as a Junior Design Engineer at Geostructurals Pvt Ltd. Kalyani holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Geotechnology from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
