Roshan Yedery

Dr. Roshan has been associated with the startup and innovation ecosystem for the last 7 years. He was responsible for setting up and managing the DST-supported technology business incubator at VJTI, Mumbai as its CEO. Earlier he worked with the Atal Incubation Center at NMIMS and DST & DBT-funded Venture Center, the incubator at CSIR-NCL. Prior to these assignments, he was managing the IPR Department at National Innovation Foundation, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

He has so far worked closely with over 100 startups from various backgrounds including healthcare, engineering, agriculture, veterinary and rural innovations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and a master's in Human Genetics. He completed his doctoral thesis in reproductive biology from ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai and pursued a post-doctoral fellowship in infectious diseases at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Maryland, USA. He has published research and review articles in peer-review journals with over 1200 citations.
