Akvilė Paužaitė-Kimsienė

Akvilė Paužaitė-Kimsienė has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Akvilė currently holds the position of Head of Active Sales at Vilmers since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Enterprise Lithuania from 2018 to 2022, first as an Industry Expert and then as an Industry Development Manager. Their key achievements at Enterprise Lithuania included managing sectoral consultancy services projects, organizing company participation at digital business platforms and international public procurement databases, and organizing Lithuanian national stands at business fairs.

Before joining Enterprise Lithuania, Akvilė was a Co-Founder at MB "Labu" in 2016 and worked as a Self-Employed Project Manager from 2006. Akvilė also gained valuable experience at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, where they worked as a chief specialist from 2006 to 2018.

Akvilė Paužaitė-Kimsienė has a diverse education background. Akvilė obtained a Master's Degree in Law and Management from Mykolas Romeris University in 2005. In 2004, they also pursued a Master's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Utrecht University. In 2014, Akvilė enrolled in the ISM University of Management and Economics, where they are currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Executive Studies, specializing in the Project Management study program. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained practical training certification in Project Management from AdProjectum.
