Carole HUS has a comprehensive work experience in sales, marketing, and communication. Carole started their career as a Project Manager at DDB Paris in 1994 before moving on to become a Corporate Director at Ketchum Public Relations from 1998 to 2002. Carole then joined GROUPE LIMAGRAIN as the Head of Corporate Communication from 2006 to 2012. Carole played a crucial role in increasing the brand awareness of the company. Later, Carole became the Vice President and Head of Communications at HM.CLAUSE, where they developed and implemented various strategies to promote the company's brand globally. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales, Marketing, and Communication at Vilmorin Jardin SA.
Carole HUS began their education by completing their Baccalauréat général in Comptabilité et commerce / gestion at Lycée Augustin Fresnel Bernay from 1985 to 1988. Carole then pursued a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations at IUT Le Havre from 1988 to 1990. Carole went on to earn a Master's degree / Maîtrise in Information et Communication from IFP - Institut français de presse between 1992 and 1993. In 2016, they attended the University of California, Berkeley for a program on The Innovative Organization. Carole then completed an Executive MBA program at emlyon business school, starting in 2017 and graduating in 2019.

Nous commercialisons des semences potagères, florales, aromatiques et de gazons, ainsi que des terreaux, des bulbes et des équipements de jardin sous nos marques phares comme Vilmorin, Vita ou encore Gondian , à travers différents circuits de distribution. Notre mission : accompagner les jardiniers du monde entier dans leur projet jardin, œuvrer pour un jardinage au naturel dans une démarche durable et responsable et garantir une expérience riche en plaisir, en partage et en résultat. Vilmorin Jardin est une entreprise française à taille humaine qui compte 240 collaborateurs répartis sur 3 sites : son siège social à Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, et ses deux usines à Portes-Lès-Valence et à Komorniki en Pologne. Nous jouissons du soutien de notre groupe Limagrain, quatrième semencier mondial, fondé et dirigé par des agriculteurs français.
