Vytautas Budreika

Vytautas Budreika currently serves as an Advisor in the Strategic Transition Management Group at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania since April 2023, while also holding the position of City Council Member and Energy Specialist at Vilnius City Municipality since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Center for Energy Security and Innovation at the Lithuanian Energy Agency from April 2021 to February 2023 and as a Project Manager at TS-LKD from July 2013 to June 2019. Vytautas Budreika began the professional journey as a Junior Project Manager at Baltic Business Solutions and worked as a Freelance Writer at Computer Bild Lietuva Žaidimai. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Vilnius University.
