Frédéric Lauprêtre

Frédéric Lauprêtre serves as Directeur de l’accompagnement stratégique at Vilogia, overseeing the strategic HOME project since May 2023. Prior to this, Frédéric held several key positions at Action Logement from February 2018 to April 2023, including Directeur de la Stratégie Patrimoniale, where involvement included guiding strategic orientations and managing property strategy, as well as leading financial rating initiatives that resulted in notable funding successes. Frédéric also served as Président of Impact Logement Conseil SAS from September 2014 to July 2022, focusing on social and environmental impact strategies for investors.
