Luke Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Luke started their career at GoldFish as an Editor and Animator, where they worked for two years. Luke then joined Speer Communications as an Editor and Animator, responsible for installing and providing technical support for AVID systems.

Luke later worked as a Freelance Editor, Producer, Director, and Designer, taking on projects for clients such as CMT, TNN, and Wal-Mart. Luke also served as the Post-Production Supervisor for live concert specials of Janet Jackson and Garth Brooks that aired on HBO.

In 2004, Luke became a Partner and Creative Director at XLSquad, specializing in designing dynamic content-driven websites and online applications for national clients including ABC, Jeep, and Procter & Gamble. Luke successfully project-managed and sold front-end design solutions.

Luke then co-founded Razorfish's Emerging Experiences practice, where they held various roles such as Art Director, Associate Director, Creative Director, and Global Group Creative Director. Luke led innovation projects for clients like AT&T, Microsoft, Motorola, and Kraft, and developed flagship stores and interactive exhibits.

In 2017, Luke joined Second Story as their VP of Experience Strategy, collaborating with creative and technology teams to create connected environments for global brands like Audi, Google, and Microsoft. Luke set the strategic vision for projects and ensured the translation of vision into business value.

Luke also worked as an Instructor at Portfolio Center, teaching students how to leverage tools for interactive design. Additionally, they had a short stint as the Head of Design and Marketing at VIM, setting the vision for the brand and championing the customer experience.
