Amy Levenson

Amy Levenson serves as the Sr. CX and Digital Operations Manager at Vimeo, where Amy leads the Digital Customer Experience program and focuses on enhancing digital experiences to boost customer satisfaction and business growth. Previously, Amy held multiple roles at HubSpot, including Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with 150 mid-market customers, providing strategic guidance on marketing and sales, and addressing customer escalations. Amy's experience also encompasses various internships in marketing, communications, and research, all contributing to a solid foundation in customer success and operations. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Connecticut College and has additional studies from Harvard Extension School and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
