Bianca Lazar

Bianca Lazar is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Corporate Counsel at Vimeo since October 2023. Previously, Bianca worked as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from April 2021 to October 2023 within the Public Company Advisory Group. Bianca also held the position of associate in the Securities & Capital Markets group at Paul Hastings from September 2019 to April 2021, and completed a summer associate role at Paul Hastings in May 2018. Prior experience includes a legal internship at the Office of the New York State Attorney General during the summer of 2017. Bianca Lazar holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Michigan, earned in 2016. Bianca’s academic journey also includes attendance at New York University in 2012-2013.
