Debbie Satyal

Debbie Satyal currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at The ODP Corporation since February 2023, following a role as Assistant General Counsel focused on SEC Compliance and Corporate Governance. Prior experience includes Assistant General Counsel at Office Depot and Special Counsel at Adams and Reese LLP. Debbie has also held various legal positions in litigation and immigration, having practiced as a Senior Litigation Associate at Busch, Slipakoff and Schuh, LLP, and as an Immigration Attorney at Catholic Charities- Diocese of Venice. Debbie’s early legal experience includes roles as a Legal Clerk at JM Family Enterprises and a Legal Intern at the Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and advanced degrees in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and the University of Florida.
